I joined Edward Jones in 1996 as a branch office administrator, became a financial advisor in 2001, and became a limited partner in 2015. To better serve my clients, I earned the AAMS® and CFP® certifications, which required me to pass a series of rigorous exams and agree to comply with the highest standards of ethics and professional responsibility. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, I graduated from Brooklyn College in 1974, moved to Maryland in 1989 and currently live in Edgewater with my dog, cats and birds. I take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level and provide clear explanations, so they can feel in control, understood and informed. Using an established process, I partner with my clients to create individualized strategies using a variety of appropriate investment vehicles designed to help them reach their personalized goals. Once the strategies are implemented, I maintain regular contact with my clients to keep them on track. When collaborating with CPAs, attorneys and other trusted professionals, I always maintain utmost confidentiality. I am proud to serve a wide variety of clients, whose goals range from saving for education expenses to planning and living a successful retirement. I frequently work with multi-generational families to develop strategies of wealth transfer and legacy protection. Many of my clients are also small business owners with whom I use business succession and asset growth. Outside of my role with Edward Jones, I currently serve as a member of the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce and formerly served as Assistant Director of the Annapolis Harley Owners Group. I also served on the Family and Children's Services Advisory Board. In my free time, I enjoy tai chi and motorcycling.
