Mr. Hellen and his "partner" Mr. Eldomer (Independent contractor)did not complete our project which included the improper installation of below surface electrical and water supply conduits. My Helen failed to adhere to the commitments made via communications via e-mail, text messages and verbal correspondence. According to Mr. Helen site drawings are only a visual representation and nothing more. Mr. Helen uses the legal process to walk away from your project and fails to provide materials which were contracted for. Everything is a change order presented to the customer the day the work is to commence; everything is left to the "partner" and his family members who isn’t provided the proper site plan. Mr. Helen will rush to get to the job site and then leave the job site leaving multiple items unfinished incorrectly install or missing. We had to go to court but his attorney would not allow us to present receipts and documentation of work that was either not completed or done improperly for which we had to paid third party contractors to complete. Mr. Helen’s testimony was inaccurate in court and contrary to the communications which were not permitted, he even lied in court stating that I called his firm about the project, when in fact I had contacted his “partner”. Mr. Helen Failed to get HOA approvals; failed to follow code standards, failed to use a scale on site plans and failed to address any issues raised and the "partner and subcontractor are left with an outdated dated drawing and plans and had to take pictures to get approval to complete work which was contracted for and not completed because he didn’t have the tools. They even failed to provide or install two (2) column caps, (1) mailbox cap, an electrical transformer and associated low voltage wiring they even broke our cast iron bench and did not replace it.

Very unsatisfactory, in fact I would say a rip-off. A complete waste of $49 for a hand-drawn sketch my kids could have drawn.

bad; a free hand was submitted with very little details, no specifics, extremely disappointed, was a "special deal" for a "landscaping plan"; our impression was something to scale, maybe in color, with details of our property with the proposed plants, walls, etc. portrayed; what was submitted was a simple sketch drawn in pen on a piece of notebook paper, my 5 year old kid could have drawn it better, total ripoff

Started with lots of problems with scheduling. First evening I waited for them to arrive at 6:30pm and they were a no-show. Several apologies from them from miscommunication that the person assigned transferred it to another person since they were closer and that person had car trouble and a dead phone so nobody could get in touch and find out where they were. They rescheduled for a few weeks later when I was available and no-showed again. At that point, I expressed my displeasure but was still willing to give them another chance. They offered to refund me the price of the deal and still do the design to try and keep my business. More miscommunication as they said they would refund me and I needed to wait for it to process which later turned into they couldn't refund me and I had to get it done directly through Angie's List. Luckily I did do that and promptly received my refund. Finally, they did show up for the design consultation which turned out to be nothing more than a free estimate I could have received from any landscaper. The design was literally just hand drawn lines indicating measurements of various areas followed with an estimate of around $25k for the work. I saw no value in this offer and am at least glad I didn't pay for it in the end but I still wasted a few hours of my time waiting for various appointments. I expect a 'design' worth several hundred dollars would provide more than what I can sketch in 60 seconds by myself.

They scheduled an appointment and cancelled the night before and never rescheduled.

They finally came out and we paid for a 2 hour evaluation. He did not seem knowledgeable and he did not spend 2 hours with us. When he finally contacted us he only had different plans with pricing instead of a specific plan for us. I was not satisfied with this provider.

The gentleman that came out was great. Answered questions, gave suggestions. I was optimistic. He said he'd get a proposal to me with everything broken out so I could choose/prioritize the work and said it would take him about a week. Several weeks passed and I called the office. Woman was very nice said she'd contact the 2 guys that it could have been and have them call me. I never heard from anyone. Never got the proposal. It's early Fall and I should be having work done now. I'm disappointed that I didn't get the info I needed to have the work done in this time frame and that I didn't hear back even after I contacted them to follow up. Gave them overall an 'F;, because, regardless of how 'nice' he was during the evaluation he came out for, without follow up, it was a waste of time and money. N/A (changed from F's) for the rest because the work (submitting the proposal to me, calling me back) was not done.

Excellent. 10x12 paverstone patio installed, downspouts buried. Neighbor was so impressed, he hired them to extend his patio. Many choices, very nice.

They told me they don't do work in my area...Baltimore County. They are located in Baltimore County. When I contacted Angies List they told me they do work in my county.

It didn't. Responded right away...and DECLINED by email to deliver. So I called, he said the "streets are too narrow" can't .."accommodate our trucks. " This is for a consultation on design...NOT for tree removal or planting or any of that. In fact, the tree removal took place already...and those folks managed to get their trucks on this (truthfully) narrow street. I think its more that they are cherry picking neighborhoods. He told me he didn't want to be argumentative..and to go get my refund. I told him look at the map again...I was his zip code neighbor. We left it at that. I'm out $49 until I figure out how to get a refund.

Was a good experience from start to finish. Everyone was very professional, and the process went exactly as we were told. our back yard is beautiful thanks to Three Little Birds!

patio looks great, we could not be happier!

My backyard is totally transformed. I have more space to entertain and I am really impressed with the results.
