Fishpaws Marketplace, in Arnold, Maryland is an independently owned, retail gourmet Marketplace offering an extensive selection of imported and domestic fine wines, an excellent assortment of craft, microbrews, imports and all major beer brands and a large comprehensive array of liquor and gourmet cheeses & foods. Our educated wine staff will help choose just the right wine, beer or spirit for your entertaining needs or that special occasion. We host weekly wine, beer, spirit and gourmet cheese tastings in addition to our widely attended wine, spirit & beer dinners. We offer a monthly newsletter which includes informational and educational information from all the departments of the store. We are a full service entertaining retailer. Fishpaws was the first to bring Education and Wine Tasting to the Annapolis area with The WineStation®! Try before you Buy! Take the mystique and mystery out of buying wines. Explore, Taste & learn about new wine varietals & brands! The WineStation® provides you the flexibility of sampling sixteen different fine wines at a reasonable price. You may simply select either a taste, half or full glass of any wine from the WineStation®. Like what you taste? We offer all our wines for retail sale. Visit our beer department, with the temperature set on 38 degrees, we have the coldest beer in the area. We offer an excellent assortment of microbrews, imports and all major beer brands ice cold and ready to go. Fishpaws was one of the firsts in Anne Arundel County to install a growler filling station. We have twelve rotating taps with limited availability beers on tap. We rotate our Selection, weekly and our knowledgeable staff can assist you in making your beer choice. We sell and fill 32oz. and 64oz. Growlers. We have frequent Tap Takeover events with brewery representatives and special limited availability and seasonal beers. Please visit our new tasting bar, where we house our growler station and Spirit Bar, host our tastings and present our gourmet cheese selection. Visit our Spirit Bar where you can purchase ½ ounce or full ounce samples of many high end Scotches, Rums, Bourbons and other specialty spirits. We also offer Special Select Single barrel bourbons several times a year. Fishpaws also hosts Spirit dinners. Remember our tastings are every Thursday from 5-7 and Fridays from 4-7.
